Job Description:

2.Daily Installation Job arrangement

3.Check the passing day’s job progress and update to ERP, make sure all theJS/status been returned and updated on ERP.

4.Put the passing day’s JS with the updated documents put into “New JS” folderfor the manager to check and file to JOH board the next day;

5.For fixing job, check the ERP record or MYOB to get the details and issues theJS; If not our responsibility, need to charge it accordingly;

6.Friday: Weekly JOH Report, Weekly Praise/Error Report, Next week’s ETA workarrangement;

7.Record and trace contractor jobs

8.Notify relative account and follow up;

9.Help others with customer/supplier communications;

10.Answer customer inquiries and help the customer with his/her orders problems;

11.8:00 am group meeting on Monday: discuss the issues of the previous week andthis week’s job arrangement; Need to prepare the past week’s praise/errorreport to the manager before the meeting, issue meeting minutes after themeeting;

12.Sometime may involve after hours communication with Internal Team and customer;

13.Work arrangement for the next 2 days after tomorrow and work results of theprevious day to be updated in the Installation Management Vchat Group;
